    PROJECT: HILTON TOWER BRIDGE

    LIGHTING DESIGN: LIGHTING DESIGN INTERNATIONAL

    MANUFACTURER: COMMERCIAL LIGHTING

The site is a flat rendered wall on the side of the Hilton Hotel facing the river and visible from the Tower Bridge. Where usually a lighting designer is inspired yet restricted by the architecture lighting design international took the opportunity to treat the wall like a blank sheet of paper that has a dynamic light installation applied to it. Utilising the inherent qualities of dichroic glass they are playing with refracted colour and reflected light. the installation uses minimal light sources for maximum impact.

Unfortunately, this project was unable to be realised due to logistical problems.
