    PROJECT: TOWER OF LONDON

    LIGHTING DESIGN: LIGHTING DESIGN HOUSE

    MANUFACTURER: PHILIPS LIGHTING

In continuation from last year's concept and "story" lighting design house is proposing that the history of the tower is once again represented in light - using even more efficient lighting on both the white tower and traitors gate. The start of the story or sequence will see the Traitors gate washed in blood red with the White Tower behind illuminated in a strong cold white to give it an eerie ghostly appearance, hinting at the Towers more sinister past. This will then gently change to a warm, welcoming "friendly" white on the main Tower with a subtle colour change though a range of hues over the traitors gate to depict the changing uses and faces of the tower over the years.
